Return Policy
At Ryan & Remi, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy below:
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized products are non-refundable.
Return Process

1. To start the return/exchange use the Return Portal within 7 Days after delivery. We suggest checking your spam folder if you have not seen a response from us in 24hrs.
2. Once your return is approved, you will receive a prepaid return label with instructions.
Please ensure that the correct return label matches the item you’re sending back. The item details will be listed in your return label email. Using the wrong label may prevent your item from being properly processed.
Refunds
Customers are responsible for tracking their return shipments. Once your return has been delivered to us, please notify our team, and we’ll process your refund promptly. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
Cancellations
If you would like to cancel or make changes to your order you may do so within 12 hrs of placing your order, because we are dedicated to getting your orders to you promptly we are unable to cancel the order outside of this time-frame as it may already be on its way to you.
